Check BM is a Chrome extension for managing Facebook Business Manager (BM) accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how the extension handles user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy — the extension is designed to operate entirely within your own browser session.

📡 Data Transmission

Our API Server

When checking BM status, the BM IDs you manually enter are sent to our server at checkbm.tools-fb.com for real-time status verification.

Transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted)
Processed in real-time — not stored on our servers
Never sold or shared with third parties

Facebook Directly (Nhận Link & Backup BM features)

The Nhận Link and Backup BM features work by injecting scripts into your active Facebook browser tab. All requests to Facebook's servers are made directly from your browser using your existing logged-in session.

Your Facebook access tokens (EAAG/EAAI) are never transmitted to our servers. They are only used locally within your browser to interact with Facebook's API on your behalf.

Note Online

If you choose to export results, the output text is sent to note.tools-fb.com to create a temporary shareable note.

💾 Local Storage

The extension uses chrome.storage.local to save the following data locally on your device only:

Language preference (English or Vietnamese)
Facebook access tokens (EAAG/EAAI) — for convenience between sessions
BM IDs and backup results — to restore your last session
Settings (thread count, API mode, recovery email)

All locally stored data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
